History

The original construction of the property was completed in October 1989 and the first
owners and guests moved into their units in December 1989.

In 1991, there were only 2 of the 18 units available for rental. By 2004, 14 of the 18
units were available to rental guests.

In 2004, the property was severely damaged by Hurricane Ivan. The Executive Committee and the owners made the decision to demolish the entire property down to “studs and slab” and the structure was totally rebuilt and refurbished.

During reconstruction, many upgrades were added to the original building and the
reconstruction was completed in late Fall 2006 with all units totally upgraded,
refurbished and refurnished.

Our new license to operate the rental pool was received in the Spring of 2007 and 13 of the 18 units are now available for daily vacation rentals.
